Leftovers- an artistic endeavor to create a bright new purpose for yesterday's scraps. 

My primary vision is to keep stuff out of the landfill.  I like to be associated with words like upcycle, repurpose, reuse.  All of my materials (except the solar light) have been discarded at least once- thrift store, yard sale, bike repair shop, etc.

My secondary vision is to create art lamps that are pleasing by day, and striking and remarkable at night.  My work can be described as assemblage, sculptural, art with a purpose, or simply solar-powered art lamps.

With our homes overfilled with art, I seek to adorn the patio table, porch, gate, shed, and pathway with purposeful light and entertaining patterns. The solar-powered lamps work well in a sunny yard.  Each Art Lamp is one-of-a-kind!
