Junko Nakao, an artist from Japan, has been living in New Mexico over 30 years, specializing in vibrant watercolors, using tone and light to bring out the best in the medium. Painting throughout her life since childhood, she has developed an impressionist yet realism style. While having dabbled with historical architecture, Junko is inexorably drawn to figures with landscapes.
